Information you provide
If you use our enquiry or referral form, the information you submit is encrypted in transit and sent to the Fides Care intake mailbox. It is not stored in a website database. Please do not include diagnoses, NDIS plan numbers or sensitive medical details in the website form.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics is blocked unless you select “Accept analytics”. If accepted, we send a sanitised page path without query strings, along with standard information such as device and browser type, approximate location, referral source and page interactions. Our website does not send names, contact details, form answers or health information to Google Analytics.
Your analytics choice
Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer. If you withdraw consent, the site disables future analytics collection, removes Google Analytics cookies it can access and reloads without the analytics tag.

- Google Maps on the contact page, which connects directly to Google when the embedded map loads.
- Cloudflare Turnstile for referral-form security and automated abuse prevention.
- Resend for secure delivery of completed enquiries to the Fides Care intake mailbox.
Retention and overseas processing
The Google Analytics cookie lifetime is limited by this website to 90 days. Google and other technology providers may process website data outside Australia under their own privacy terms. Fides Care retains enquiries according to its operational, legal and NDIS record-keeping obligations.
