Frequently asked questions

Good questions deserve clear answers.

If your question is not here, our team is happy to talk it through without pressure.

Ask us directly
Do I need an approved NDIS plan before contacting you?

No. You are welcome to speak with us at any stage. We can explain our services and whether they may align with your current or future plan.

Which plan management types can you work with?

We can discuss self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed arrangements, then confirm the right service and claiming pathway during intake.

Can I choose or change my support worker?

Yes. Choice and control includes having a say in who supports you. We invite your preferences during matching and want to hear if a match does not feel right.

How quickly can services begin?

Timing depends on the service, location, schedule and suitable worker availability. We will give you an honest timeframe after the first conversation.

Can you support culturally and linguistically diverse participants?

Culturally responsive support is part of our approach. Tell us about language, cultural, faith, family or communication preferences so we can plan respectfully.

What happens if my needs change?

We can review your support, discuss reasonable adjustments and update the service arrangement where appropriate. Your safety and goals guide the next step.

Need help finding the right service?

Start with the outcome you want.

You do not need to know the right support category before calling. Tell us what you want to change, and we will help you explore the next step.
